can we ppl edge out the so called non sc /st fellows?
Well i didnt mean seriously abt it but it sometimes pops up in my mind as they have a superiority complex to us.
plz contribute u r views on this . thank u all

Well Subash it seems u have not met our people who have been outstanding in various field. There is no such thing as non sc/st fellows whom u consider them to have an edge over our people. I have seen many outstanding people who have contributed to this nation in various fields. Some of our sports persons are outstanding in hockey and we even have Dilip Tirkey who is the captain of the Indian Hockey Team. People have started pouring into Politics and we have many of our bretheren who are politicians and heading a few states. But when it comes to common stage our people seeem to back off. The reason being they dont have plenty of exposure and are not ready to take risks. We love to sail smoothly by nature but would not dare to take risks of any sort. And for taking Risks one has to have a lot of solid cofidence which is pretty much lacking .
I can tell u about myself better. I got a bankers job as cashier and I completed my graduation along with my job and got promotion as Asst. Manager within Six Years of getting the job. I use to pursue Taekwondo in the evening after office which is a Korean Martial Art and got my Black Belt and also in the National Games at Pune 1994 I got a Gold Medal for Delhi. Then I went on to take the Indian Taekwondo team for the Asian Championship as Coach to Vietnam in 1998. Then I quit Bank took Vrs in 2001 and in the mean time started a Cable tv network in Delhi which most of our people would not dare to take the risk. Started Internet Service in 2002 which was an area which even Big players are having problems but things are running fine.And now im into Poperty Business also which is also a path which our people would not dare to Venture. I believe that it is just your work, attitude and overall personality that makes you superior or inferior be it inside the community or outside the community.
The true power, is the power of knowledge. If you have knowledge, no one can point a figure at you. People may become jealous or pass derogatory comment, but who cares as far as you are getting your work done.
How ever we blow the trumpet about being an adivasi, its not easy to proclaim that yes I belong to a socially, economically & politically backward class. And it is really needed to blow the adivasi trumpet anywhere and everywhere ??? I don’t mean to say that you deny the fact of coming from a tribal community but if you can make do without some facts which are likely to play against you, better don’t say it in that situation. Once, you have established yourself, ordering prescription drugs online without a prescription project it as your strength. Well, these are my views and no way we are any inferior or superior than anybody. We have our strengths & weaknesses with which, we have to make the best we can.

it’s great going that as far as u have the confidence in yourself u can win the world.It is not about sc or st but the person as a whole that if you feel from inside that u are inferior and cannot do this or that than you r gone.
now-a-days only problems with we people is the initiative and the gut feeling that u can do this or that.
