This is Harshit Lakra Ford Fellow from Cohort 06, presently studying in Cornell University in the department of City and Regional Planning with major in Economic and Community Development. I am writing this message in response to Mr & Mrs John Ekka, Ms. Bela Lakra and many of our chotanagpur in US members encouragement to share this information with our people.

I got this opportunity to study abroad and explore the world though International Fellowship Program (IFP) coordinated by Ford Foundation. IFP gives opportunity to the individuals working in the field of social justice. IFP has been sending thousands of people from developing countries around the world to develop new generation of social justice leaders world wide. At my time 46 candidates were selected from India for this fellowship and are now studying in different parts of the world with well known universities. So far many of our tribal youth have online drugs no prescription availed this fellowship. This program is coming to an end and is going to select few more candidates in the coming years.
