God forbid such things occur again. But…how can God take control of this if we don’t realize and act to stop such menace. Illiteracy among our people is one of the major causes of such incidences repeating time and time again. We educated are also to be blamed. Can we find a way out to educate our people in whatever little way we can? If we who are educated and doing well in life; settled or working in a city can be little cautious to everything happening to our people around us, we can really do much to save and educate our people. One simple way which comes to my mind at this point is if we could be aware of everything happening to our people around us while traveling by train or buses and act when we see any of our people traveling with us need any help. If we religiously do this, it can save lots innocent lives of our people and others too. Most of our people live in villages and are really not aware of what's happening outside their village, state or in big cities. It's really hard for them to know and understand the corrupt minds and thinking of a few who live in cities and come to villages to allure them with money or better lifestyle. This can be done away with if we educated happen to go to our adivasis villages or go to our own hometown or better make a plan at least to visit one of the villages of our people at least once a year and share a bit about everything good and bad happening in big cities and make people aware and help them to be cautious in life. This may be a small way we can contribute to the growth and spread of awareness among our people. Hope and pray more and more of us realize and act before it’s in fact too late.
